Devin Hester's Best Punt Return He Never DidChicago's Devin Hester pulls off a fantastic punt return....kinda. He actually fakes like he's going to return the punt and sells the Packers on the whole scheme. Turns out the ball is on the other side of the field and Johnny Knox returns it for a TD. Sadly, a holding returned the punt.

Yesterday, a Season Pass for Assassin's Creed III was spotted as part of the Gold Edition. Now, that great Season Pass is official.
Ubisoft announced the option today; it will "grant access to all five upcoming downloadable content packs" and it'll be available for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
That DLC will include The Tyranny of King Washington, a new single-player campaign told through three episodic content packs, which allows players to view an alternate history pertaining to the American Revolution. Things could've been different... Said executive producer Sebastien Puel:
"History is our playground â" and AC teams have always loved playing with historical facts and their consequences as a way to better understand a time period. While Assassinâs Creed III concentrates on history as it happens, we wanted to take some liberties with this DLC and tell you how things âcould have happened.ââ
On top of that new single-player experience, other DLC will feature new maps and characters for the online multiplayer, which should be a refreshing change of pace from all the online shooters out there. If all this sounds intriguing, you can pre-order the Season Pass at GameStop and Best Buy right now; it'll cost you $ 29.99 (or 2400 Microsoft Points), and it provides a savings of 25%. Lastly, Season Pass subscribers get the first DLC pack one week before everyone else, so...

Question by A Box of Signs: If company A registers e.g. the name "Super-Gadget", can company B sell sth else named "SuperGadget"? Or would that slight modification be covered under company A's trademark? Good to know. In the meantime I found a more fitting name for what I'm selling, even if it doesn't sound quite as catchy, and EVEN if my product does what the other company's name implies, while theirs does not. BTW the other company is Boomwhackers selling ChromaNotes, nobody knows who the hell they are because their applicability is limited to people who want to learn 7 of 12 notes with no rythm.... Best answer for If company A registers e.g. the name "Super-Gadget", can company B sell sth else named "SuperGadget"?:

That would probably be Trademark violation. Mc Donald's once sued a local company named Mc Dharma's because it was health food to go. Mc Dharma's didn't have a chance, they are now known as just Dharmma's. At first Dharmma's put a cross through the Mc to show they were foced to not have it and Mc Donald's sued them again.

It would probably be covered under their trademark. There have been many lawsuits with Toys R Us, sueing companies for just using "R Us" in their names.

Trademarks that are confusingly similar to existing trademarks are not protected. I believe that this is the case with SuperGadget A number of legal principles used to protect owners against improper use of their trademarks derive from federal laws known collectively as the Lanham Act (Title 15 U.S.C. §§1051 to 1127). These rules usually favor the business that first used a trademark, if another company's use of the same trademark would be likely to cause customer confusion.

That depends on location of that other company i.e trademarks are normally restricted to native countries but companies like Pepsi, Microsoft etc they have registered trademarks globally ... when registering a trademark you have to specify what type of product it covers ... if they are totally different products one can use the same name but can not use same trademarks in same country where one has already registered it.
